Well well howdy!
Lately I’ve been growing a baby!!! Well, one inside, and two outside. And I’ve been actually feeling like a bit of a baby myself (you know, eat, sleep, bathroom run, repeat exponentially) so we’re just gonna say that 4 babies are being taken care of these days and send all the blessings to my husband. Actually I have done maybe one thing besides the afore mentioned activities: I’ve really liked going over to Cahoots Fitness to work out with my mama friends twice-ish a week!! This is the best place. I’m not even getting paid to say this either. I take my 3 year old to a combo gymnastics preschool class, my 1 year old to a singing time, crawl through the tunnels and throw balls class, and I go work out. I can’t even rave enough about it. All should do it. So yes, I definitely am killing it and loving it and then loving my comfy sweats.
I’ve also been fairly into learning more about the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol. SO INTERESTING! I’m halfway through Sarah Ballantyne’s book “The Paleo Approach” (and by halfway I mean trying really hard to understand all the science) and I’m pretty wowed. My body has been tired and I’m excited to eat more nutritiously for this sweet little baby thang and for myself as well. Please bring me all the energies.
ALSO. Speaking of energies. I’ve been learning about chakras and energy systems and all that interesting stuff. Makes sense to me that everything has energy! I’ll let you know as I learn more.
ALSO. (So many good also’s today!) I definitely ordered some fun stuff from Wayfair the other night when I wasn’t eating chocolate (because, you know, nutrition and health and happiness). Can’t wait to show you when it comes!!!!
And on that note, I’m so excited for Thanksgiving this week. We really have so much goodness to appreciate in our lives! Here’s a family pic. Because that’s what I’m grateful for. Just look at those dimples.
